JBL Fest

At JBL Fest in Las Vegas, we delivered a fully integrated suite of interactive event technology to support attendee engagement and data capture at scale.

The activation included QR code registration tablets, RFID check-in stations, and roving photographer kits, enabling smooth entry, participation, and content collection throughout the festival.

We managed full on-site setup, third-party platform integration, and real-time monitoring to keep all hardware, dashboards, and systems running reliably.

With live metrics, online photo galleries, and merged attendee profiles, the solution supported a cohesive festival experience from installation through event support.

Takeda You vs You Challenge

The You Vs. You Grip Strength Challenge translated the physical impact of Multifocal Motor Neuropathy (MMN) into a hands-on, interactive experience. We created a four-sided kiosk featuring four game-based challenges that tested grip strength and dexterity, simulating everyday tasks that are difficult for people living with MMN.

By turning clinical symptoms into tangible interactions, the activation helped participants better understand the condition’s real-world effects. The experience combined educational storytelling with interactive design to foster empathy, awareness, and meaningful engagement around a rare neurological disorder.

Bet Mode Putting

A four-hole interactive mini putt challenge turned competitive gameplay into a hands-on brand experience. We created themed putting lanes featuring “Bet Mode” obstacles, LED prize lighting, and modular drop-in components that allowed for flexible gameplay and rapid setup across events.

Designed to encourage repeat play, the experience was guided by on-site brand ambassadors who managed game flow and participant interaction. The result was a controlled, event-ready activation that blended physical activity with brand-led competition in a playful, engaging format.

Nike Dream Kick

Created for the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup, the Nike Dream Kick turned speed and competition into a high-energy, sport-led experience.

We powered the activation with an integrated digital and physical gameplay system that included tablet-based registration, a speed-sensor soccer challenge, and a live leaderboard that updated in real time.

Participants were able to track the speed of their kicks and instantly saw how they ranked against others, encouraging repeat attempts and head-to-head competition.

We handled all technical integration and on-site support, ensuring a fast, responsive experience from registration through gameplay.

Ace Bakery Breadblox

Breadblox was a modern breadbox we created to encourage more meaningful, screen-free moments around the table.

Crafted from gloss white polymer with bamboo accents, it featured a built-in Faraday cage that blocked incoming mobile signals, cutting out distractions and bringing focus back to the people in front of you.

Complete with a removable cutting board and a sleek, minimalist form, breadblox went beyond countertop décor—helping people break bread while removing digital distractions from shared meals.

The Kraken Container

Challenged to bring destruction and chaos to the shores of Lake Ontario, we produced a multi-sensory installation complete with audio, video and animatronic elements.

Trapped in a shipping container stolen from the side of a cargo ship, the Kraken peered out from inside the container and wailed in anger at consumers passing by. The crate itself expanded and contracted as the Kraken pushed to escape.

Ford Mustang Mach-E Cyclone Game

We gamified a vehicle display to allow hockey and basketball fans to play a light chase game, featuring the all-new Ford Mustang Mach-E.

After entering the vehicle and getting in the driver’s seat, users would use a replica Ford app on the dashboard to “Start” the Mustang Mach-E.

Once started, animated LED lighting on the arch in front of the vehicle would bounce back and forth like an amusement centre game and pressing the button again would stop the lights, awarding a prize depending on the spot they landed.

Meridian Interactive Cycling

Health for Wealth was a custom multi-player cycling game we created for the 2022 Canada Summer Games. Teams of two worked together as one player pedaled through a digital racecourse while their partner answered trivia questions and cleared virtual obstacles.

Progress was displayed in real time on screen, with synchronized LED lighting tracking each team’s advancement toward the finish. The experience encouraged collaboration, physical activity, and repeat participation, engaging guests of all ages while supporting charitable fundraising.

Loblaws Sustainability Zone

This installation for the 2022 Royal Winter Fair featured 2 interactive experiences to highlight sustainability efforts for grocery retailer, Loblaws.

The first interactive was a series of 6 exercise bikes, divided into 2 teams of 3. As users peddled their bikes, the arch in front would light up, pitting traditional incandescent lighting vs LEDs.

The second interactive gave users the ability to use a shopping cart as a game controller to navigate through a world  that transformed Toronto Zoo animal poo into clean green energy. Yes, a shopping cart game to recycle poo. We’ve seen it all now.

McCain’s DistractiFry

Do you dread family gatherings because of inevitable awkward conversations? Now, the McCain DistractiFRY, a voice-activated french fry dispenser can rescue you from the most challenging family dinner situations.

The McCain DistractiFRY listens for keywords in questions that most of us hope to avoid. When it hears awkward dinner conversation phrases like “Got a job yet?” or “When are you getting married?”, it dispenses hot and crispy McCain french fries to cleverly divert everyone’s attention.
