For Häagen-Dazs, we designed and produced a St. Patrick’s Day pop-up bar that reimagined an Irish pub as a playful ice cream sampling experience.

Located in downtown Toronto, the activation invited guests into “O’Häagen’s” to enjoy pints of Häagen-Dazs new ‘Extraas’ flavours while immersing themselves in a themed, photo-ready environment.

The custom-built bar featured Irish pub-inspired décor, a wood-style bar top, and integrated freezer support to enable high-volume sampling.

From fabrication and staffing to permitting, security, and full on-site execution, the activation blended environmental design and hospitality to deliver a memorable, high-traffic brand moment tied to a key cultural occasion.
